What are you hours of operation?
We are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm ET.
Do you do pack/group walk?
No, we don’t walk more than three small dogs or two large dogs at the same time.
Who will walk my dogs?
We like to keep a consistent walker for your dogs. After the meet and greet you will be introduced to who your main walker will be. There will always be backup walkers to guarantee your dogs will always be walked.
Is your company insured or bonded?
Yes, we are currently both insured and bonded, and have been for several years.
Can I track my dog activity?
Yes, we will provide information regarding an app to receive updates about the walk and you will have the capability to message the walker yourself.
Do you supply your own waste bags?
Yes, we supply everything necessary to clean up after your dogs and to handle the walk you have requested.
Do you take the dogs to the Dog Runs?
No, as a safety precaution we do not take dogs to the dog run.
What are your accepted forms of payment?
Here at PAWS, we currently accept the following payments: Zelle QuickPay, Cash, Check, Venmo.
Do you work with all breeds, ages, sizes and temperaments?
Yes, we are not breedists. We accept dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. When it comes to temperaments, we initiate a meet with your dog and gauge for ourselves if it is manageable.
